Born July 30, RINA is a japanese singer from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She was first discovered by Eiko Shimamiya, who was her teacher at a vocal school. In 2014, she joined I've Sound and debuted on the mini-album I've MANIA Tracks NEW WAVE with the songs Prism and DUpliciTY.

On the following year, she formed with former I've singer Yuzuno a vocal unit which sang, mainly, denpa songs. The unit ended its activities in 2017, having a last guest appearance on the non-I've mini-album L.o.D -Light or Dark in 2018 and releasing all their songs from the Short Circuit DS series on a digital compilation entitled SHORT CIRCUIT DS -Perfect Collection- in 2021. Apart from this duet, RINA is active as a solo singer in I've and had several releases, including, so far, 05 major singles, 04 digital singles and 02 original albums.

In 2019, she gained notoriety by releasing her first song associated with an anime series, awake from the deep, which was used as insert song on the 4th episode of Girly Air Force (GAF). Also, GAF's opening Break the Blue!! and ending theme Colorful☆wing had lyrics written by RINA, who later covered those songs on her debut album PRISMATICA.

Aside her singing activities, she also stars a mini net radio program entitled "Sing Portrait", weekly released at her twitter.
