Leina (real name: Rena Kubota / 久保田れな, born January 24, 1995), is a japanese actress and singer-songwriter from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She was active in I've Sound from 2018 to 2020.

The first register of Leina's musical career as Rena Kubota circles around 2015, with the release of a music video for her song Umi he.
In April, 2016, she joined an idol group called Nihon Sailor Joshidan (日本セーラー女子団), graduating on July of the same year.
The next year, she started performing solo lives and in 2018, she debuted with her 1st single Gunjou no Yoru ni, on January 27. Following this, on the same year she formed a duo unit along with Nana Nanano (夏々野七菜) called "violet" (ばいおれっと).
On February 01, 2020, she suspended her activities as Rena Kubota and concentrated on her violet and I've Sound careers. On September of the same year, she graduated from I've and resumed her independent musical career.
In 2021, it was announced that her unit "violet" would go on indefinite hiatus from September, 20.
Rena Kubota singing ability was discovered by Kazuya Takase and, on December, 2018, she debuted on I've as Leina, with her 1st single Alstroemeria.
On the following year, she released her mini-album NOISE, which had an outstanding performance on sales, by having its whole limited edition sold in just one week.
In 2020, after releasing a few digital singles as part of I've 20th anniversary celebration, Leina graduated from I've on September and resumed her independent career as Rena Kubota.
